To join Patriots Australia MMC as a Full Member, you must have Served in the Australian Defence Force in either a Full time or Reserve capacity and an accepted Allied Defence Force.

To apply for membership, simply complete the Form in the Contact Chapter link above and indicate the City that is closest to you.

Upon submission, your enquiry will be sent directly to the Secretary of the Chapters closest in your area.

You will be contacted and given further advice on the Application process. If you are applying for Full Membership, you will be required to produce documentation proving your Service history, including Honours and Awards you are entitled to wear.
